Deputy General Director

H&HIS’s client is a manufacturing & trading company. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of Deputy General Director with the following specific information:

Job description
– Responsible for operating operations, planning and allocating budgets, costs, development and growth orientation of the company.
– Grasp the business situation and fluctuations in the industry to anticipate the market and adjust accordingly to the business situation.
– Establish and maintain internal and external relationships related to the Company’s business operations to create all favorable conditions for business operations such as interactive relationships with external organizations and individuals related to the industry.
– Responsible for the business and service quality of the system. Set out targets and plans to ensure that when the system goes into operation, it will achieve customer satisfaction.
– Develop and implement the Business Plan.
– Propose innovative and creative solutions to improve service and product quality, reduce operating costs and tasks and projects assigned by the General Director.
– Participate in the appraisal of investment projects/production plans.
– Establish and build organizational charts, ensure that the staff has professional qualifications appropriate to job requirements.
– Manage, coordinate, guide and train employees to work effectively.
– Ensure that all activities of the Company comply with Vietnamese laws, in line with the vision and mission of the Company.
– Periodically report on business performance to the General Director and report on incidents beyond control.

Job requirements
– Graduated from University/Master’s degree in Foreign Trade/Economics…
– Have at least 05 years of working experience at import-export companies.
– Have at least 06 years of experience in management, operations and system administration.
– Good English communication.
– Understanding of general economic and social knowledge and knowledge related to the Company’s business activities.
