CFO

H&HIS’s client is a Transportation company in Hanoi. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of CFO with the following specific information:

Job description
– Analyze the profit situation, deploy the department’s operations and develop appropriate strategies;
– Develop annual, medium and long-term plans;
– Develop processes, policies and regulations related to the department’s operations;
– Build a team of experts for the department, promptly supplement personnel based on actual needs;
– Manage the department’s project progress, ensure project handover on time;
– Manage and control the department’s accounting and declaration in accordance with accounting principles and tax laws;
– Develop new services and products, increase department profits;
– Periodically train, simulate situations, test, ensure the department’s human resource capacity is improved;
– Periodically evaluate the performance of employees in the department, provide guidance to improve professional capacity for employees;
– Periodically report the business situation of the department to the Director and the Corporation.

Job requirements
– University degree or higher, majoring in accounting, finance or other related majors;
– Understand the accounting and auditing work process;
– Understand the laws and regulations in the fields of business, finance, accounting and auditing;
– Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position and have a CPA or APC certificate
– Fluent in Chinese;
– Ability to plan, analyze, synthesize, predict and evaluate the market;
