AI Engineer – Gen AI

H&HIS’s Client is a leading cybersecurity company specializing in the research, development, and deployment of advanced information security solutions. We are currently seeking a highly qualified candidate for the position of AI Engineer – Gen AI with the following responsibilities:

Job Description
– Design and implement AI application solutions for information security systems.
– Build AI-powered software and systems to automate security monitoring, intrusion detection, surveillance, and incident response.
– Research and evaluate AI technologies for products focused on security monitoring and incident response.
– Develop and integrate AI technologies into existing Security Operations Center (SOC) processes.
– Work closely with cybersecurity analysis, operations, and product development teams to improve the performance, scalability, and effectiveness of information security monitoring services.
– Research and apply Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Chain-of-Thought (CoT) technologies to real-world cybersecurity applications.
– Develop applications integrated with Large Language Model APIs, including Function Calling.
– Design and implement Agentic AI solutions using appropriate design patterns and architectures.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics and Informatics, or a related field.
– Minimum 02 years of professional or research experience in AI/ML, with experience in large-scale NLP or LLM projects highly preferred.
– Proficient in Python and commonly used AI/ML programming libraries and frameworks.
– Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
– Solid understanding of common Machine Learning and Deep Learning models and techniques.
– Strong understanding of Agentic AI design patterns, with experience deploying at least one real-world Agentic AI project.
– Experience in prompt engineering, prompt optimization, and evaluation.
– Experience developing applications integrated with LLM APIs and Function Calling.
– Experience working with time-series, tabular, and text data.
– Hands-on experience with LLM, Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, and CoT is an advantage.
– Good knowledge of IT system architecture, including SQL, NoSQL, services, microservices, containers, and message queues.
– Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other commonly used AI/ML frameworks.
– Experience with Big Data platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, and Notebook environments is an advantage.
– Strong systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to analyze and solve complex, product-oriented problems.
– Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– Demonstrated ability to lead, collaborate with, and mentor team members.
– English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650 or above.
