Business Development Manager

Our client is a global leading pharmaceutical company based in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of Business Development Manager with the following responsibilities:

Job Description
– Identify new business opportunities and implement growth strategies.
– Conduct market research and industry analysis to guide decision-making.
– Build and manage strong client, distributor, and stakeholder relationships.
– Collaborate with internal teams (Regulatory, Marketing, Supply Chain) to support product strategy and execution.
– Monitor sales performance, prepare business reports, and provide market insights.
– Support negotiations, partnership development, and product registration planning.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
– Proven experience in business development, market research, or strategic planning.
– Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
– Prior experience in Regulatory Affairs is an advantage.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
– Demonstrated track record of achieving growth and business targets.
