Human Resources Manager

H&HIS’s client is an industrial company based in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of Human Resources Manager with the following responsibilities:

Job description
– Develop and implement human resource strategies aligned with the company’s growth direction.
– Advise the Board of Directors on matters related to workforce planning, organizational structure, and corporate culture development.
– Manage the full recruitment and selection process from staff level to senior management.
– Build the employer branding and establish an effective candidate evaluation system.
– Conduct training needs analysis and develop both internal and external training programs.
– Develop succession planning and manage career development paths for employees.
– Review, develop, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with current labor laws.
– Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems (KPIs/OKRs).
– Resolve employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and labor disputes.
– Ensure a transparent, fair, and positive working environment.
– Analyze and prepare periodic HR reports for the Board of Directors.
– Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal controls related to labor, social insurance, occupational safety, etc.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
– At least 5 years of experience in the HR field, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
– In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws, organizational management, and modern HR systems.
– Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
– Preference will be given to candidates with experience in manufacturing, food industry, or FMCG.
