Finance & Accounting Manager

H&HIS’s client is an Automotive company based in Ha Noi. We are currently seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Finance & Accounting Manager with the following responsibilities:

Job Description
– Establish and manage the entire accounting and finance system during the company’s setup phase.
– Oversee general accounting, financial statements, and tax reporting in compliance with Vietnamese laws and regulations.
– Develop financial plans, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and implement effective cost control.
– Work directly with banks and credit institutions, including credit line management and loan arrangements.
– Design and implement internal control procedures and financial risk management frameworks.
– Collaborate closely with senior management on investment decisions and business expansion plans.
– Act as the primary point of contact with auditors, tax authorities, and financial partners…

Requirements
– At least 3 years of experience in a Chief Accountant/Finance Manager role or equivalent.
– Preferred: Experience in the automotive industry or large-scale distribution/retail businesses.
– Mandatory: Proven experience working with banks, including credit line management and loan documentation.
– Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations.
– Experience in setting up accounting systems from scratch is a significant advantage.
– Preferred: Proficiency in foreign languages (English and/or Chinese).
– Willing to work in a startup/setup environment with Chinese-influenced corporate culture.
– Detail-oriented, transparent, with a long-term financial management mindset.
