AI Is No Longer Just a Business Opportunity – It Is Becoming a Global Competition of National Infrastructure
Throughout our journey of building AI Talent H&HIS, one realization has become increasingly clear to us: The biggest challenge in building AI has never been simply creating a good software product.
At first, we believed that if we could build an AI system capable of accurately and objectively evaluating human talent, that alone would already be a meaningful achievement.
But over time, we realized we were facing challenges far bigger than software development itself. We are not simply building software. We are entering a technology game at the infrastructure level.
To date, we have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars into research, technology development, infrastructure engineering, system architecture, and continuous experimentation to build AI Talent H&HIS. And most of what we are solving remains invisible to the market.
AI Is Not Just Prompts and APIs
Today, many people still view AI too simplistically. They believe AI is simply about:
– Writing better prompts
– Connecting APIs to existing models
– Building smarter chatbots
-Automating workflows
But the reality is far more complex. To build a system like AI Talent H&HIS, we must simultaneously solve multiple highly sophisticated technology layers:
– AI Engineering
– Behavioral Intelligence
– Competency Framework Architecture
– Multimodal Processing
– Real-Time Scoring Systems
– Large Scale Inference
– Model Optimization
– System Architecture Engineering
Once AI reaches real scale, it stops being software. It becomes infrastructure.
The Global AI Race Is Becoming a Competition of Compute Power
Today, the world’s most powerful computing infrastructure remains concentrated primarily in the United States. Critical infrastructure including:
– GPU Clusters
– AI Compute Systems
– Cloud Infrastructure
– Large Scale Data Centers
is largely controlled by companies such as:
– Amazon Web Services
– Google Cloud
– Microsoft Azure
This creates a major challenge for AI companies in emerging markets. Many AI companies in Vietnam still rely heavily on compute infrastructure located outside national borders. That dependence directly impacts:
– Operating costs
– Scalability
– Processing speed
– System latency
– Global competitiveness
AI Has Become a National Infrastructure Challenge
The world is no longer competing in AI the old way. The biggest competition is gradually becoming:
– A competition of national technology infrastructure.
– AI models continue getting larger.
– GPUs continue becoming more expensive.
– Data centers consume exponentially more electricity.
– Cooling systems require increasingly sophisticated engineering.
The world’s largest technology companies are no longer investing only in software. They are investing in:
– Semiconductor Chips
– Data Centers
– Compute Infrastructure
– Energy Systems
– Specialized AI Hardware
Because at scale, AI capability increasingly depends on stable infrastructure and reliable energy supply.
If Vietnam Wants To Participate In The Global AI Era
If Vietnam truly wants to compete globally in AI, building more AI startups is not enough. We must think bigger. We must build:
– AI Infrastructure
– National Compute Capacity
– Research Ecosystems
– Data Ecosystems
– Energy Infrastructure
– High-Level Technology Talent
Without strong foundations, we will remain dependent on infrastructure controlled by other nations.
The Hardest Challenge Is Not Technology – It Is Talent
One of the biggest challenges we face is people. When technology is extremely new, it becomes nearly impossible to hire people who have done this exact work before. Simply because those jobs have barely existed in Vietnam.
– There is no roadmap.
– No playbook.
– No established industry precedent.
– No complete system to study.
We are forced to research, experiment, and build everything from scratch.
We Are Not Simply Building AI Software
At H&HIS, we do not believe we are merely building another AI application. We believe we are attempting something that has had little precedent in Vietnam.
We want to prove that:
“Vietnamese companies are fully capable of building world-class AI technologies with enough depth to compete globally. My name is Hẳng Phan Adley .
And I do not want Vietnam to remain a country that only uses the world’s artificial intelligence. I want Vietnam to become a country that creates it.”
