Recruitment Team Leader

H&HIS’s Client is a fast-growing logistics company expanding its operations and strengthening its human resources team in Vietnam. The company is seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Team Leader to lead recruitment activities, manage hiring priorities, and ensure the timely acquisition of qualified talent to support business growth with the following responsibilities:

Job Description
– Lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring effective execution of recruitment plans and hiring targets.
– Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s workforce requirements and business objectives.
– Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
– Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, define job requirements, and establish appropriate recruitment plans.
– Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and recruitment effectiveness, and implement improvements where necessary.
– Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job platforms, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
– Optimize recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
– Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and recommendations to management.
– Coach and develop recruitment team members to improve their performance and professional capabilities.
– Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable Vietnamese labor regulations.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
– At least 5 years of recruitment experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a team leadership or management role.
– Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and delivering hiring targets.
– Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing methods, and recruitment performance metrics.
– Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or other fast-paced business environments is an advantage.
– Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
– Ability to analyze recruitment data, prioritize multiple hiring requirements, and solve recruitment challenges effectively.
– Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic business environment.
– Good English communication skills are an advantage.
