Accountant

H&HIS’s Client is a fast-growing international freight forwarding company, with a growing presence across global markets. As the company expands its operations in Vietnam, it is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to support its financial operations, accounting activities, and tax compliance with the following responsibilities:

Job Description
– Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records.
– Prepare, issue, and manage VAT invoices in compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
– Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
– Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
– Support Vietnamese tax compliance and reporting, including VAT, PIT, CIT, and FCT.
– Coordinate with external tax agents and auditors, providing relevant documentation and financial information.
– Maintain accurate accounting records using MISA accounting software.
– Handle other accounting and administrative duties as required to support the Vietnam office’s operations.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– At least 01 year of relevant accounting experience; fresh graduates with suitable qualifications may also be considered.
– Good understanding of Vietnamese accounting principles and tax regulations.
– Experience with MISA accounting software.
– Knowledge of financial reporting, VAT invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable.
– Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
– Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or international trade is an advantage.
– Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a high level of accuracy.
– Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-growing business environment.
