H&HIS’s client is a garment manufacturing company in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of Production Manager with the following responsibilities:
H&HIS 的客户是胡志明市的一家服装制造公司。目前，我们的客户正在寻找一位生产经理，其职责如下:

Job Description
– Achieve regional production targets according to the company’s annual targets;
– Monitor the progress of daily projects, make reasonable proposals and continuously optimize the workflow of each link in the supply chain;
– Manage, expand and maintain suppliers, maintain good and stable cooperative relationships with suppliers, and promptly handle unusual issues such as delivery time, quality arising during the supplier’s production process;
– Other tasks as required by the leader.
工作描述
– 达到公司年度目标的区域生产目标；
– 监督日常项目的进度，提出合理的建议，并不断优化供应链中每个环节的工作流程；
– 管理、扩大和维护供应商，与供应商保持良好稳定的合作关系，同时及时处理供应商生产过程中出现的交货时间、质量等异常问题；
– 领导要求的其他工作。

Requirements
– Sensitive to data and numbers, good logic, high sense of responsibility, able to proactively promote project development;
– 3 years of experience working in the garment industry or related fields, with priority given to those with experience in tracking orders and purchasing;
– Good communication, presentation and quality control skills;
– Fluent in Chinese. Proficient in office software.
– Not prone to motion sickness, able to travel to the provinces.
