General Manager Assistant

H&HIS’s client is a textile company in Đà Nẵng. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of General Manager Assistant with the following responsibilities:

Job descriptions
– Assists in overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations to ensure smooth & efficient operation processes.
– Work closely with department managers to resolve issues and enhance productivity.
– Support in developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity, minimize downtime, reduce production costs, and ensure product quality.
Facilitate communication between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders. Translate and interpret as needed during meetings, conferences.
– Monitor team performance and ensure all departments align with the company’s objectives.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business management, or a related field.
– Good command of English.
– Experienced in assistant
– Knowledge of operational procedures and business processes within manufacturing companies (garment/textile) is a plus.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
