Deputy Director of Sales & Finance (Furniture Manufacturing)
H&HIS’s client is a manufacturing company in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of Deputy Director of Sales & Finance with the following responsibilities:
Job Description
1. Sales & Business Development Management
– Develop and implement business strategies and market expansion plans (US, EU) for furniture products.
– Conduct market research, propose pricing strategies, and sales policies to optimize revenue and profit.
– Expand distribution channels, develop sales networks (direct sales, online sales, dealerships, projects, etc.).
– Manage and coordinate the sales team to ensure revenue and profit targets.
– Build and maintain relationships with customers and strategic partners.
2. Financial & Cash Flow Management
– Develop financial plans, control costs, and ensure business efficiency.
– Manage cash flow, ensuring balanced capital for production and business activities.
– Analyze financial reports, evaluate investment efficiency, and propose optimization solutions.
– Supervise accounting activities, ensuring compliance with financial and tax regulations.
3. Production & Supply Chain Management
– Collaborate with the production department to optimize processes, ensure quality, and meet delivery schedules.
– Manage the supply chain, control raw material costs, and optimize inventory.
4. Corporate Governance & Organizational Development
– Advise the CEO on strategic decisions related to business and finance.
– Develop and implement policies and processes for business and financial management.
– Develop and train the sales and finance team.
– Ensure legal compliance, financial transparency, and effective risk management…
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
– At least 5-7 years of experience in senior management roles in sales and finance, preferably in the furniture industry.
– Understanding of the furniture market, experience in developing distribution systems, sales management, and corporate finance.
– Leadership skills, team management, financial analysis, and business strategy development.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with partners and customers.
– Strategic thinking and flexible problem-solving abilities.
