Business Development Manager

H&HIS’s client is a healthcare and personal care based in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of Business Development Manager with the following responsibilities:

Job Description
– Develop and expand a network of strategic partners, including distributors, medical suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
– Develop and implement the business strategy and plan for stem cell product trading, including market entry, pricing models, distribution channels, and growth roadmap.
– Identify and build strong relationships with potential clients such as clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals with an interest in stem cell-based therapies.
– Build and lead the sales team: recruit, train, coach, and motivate the team to meet sales targets.
– Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the stem cell and healthcare sector.
– Collaborate with medical advisors and R&D to ensure product offerings align with relevant clinical applications.
– Work closely with internal departments to execute business and go-to-market plans effectively.
– Monitor and assess business performance; adjust strategies based on market insights and client feedback.
– Represent the company at conferences, trade exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen brand presence and professional networks.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, trading, or B2B sales in the healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industry.
– Experience working with stem cell products, biologics, or advanced therapies is a strong plus.
– Proven ability to develop and scale sales operations from an early stage.
– Strong leadership and people development skills.
– Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
– Fluent and with good working proficiency in English and Chinese is a plus
