Full-stack Engineer Freelance

H&HIS’s client is a company in the technology company based in Ho Chi Minh City. They are currently seeking a Full-stack Engineer Remote-Freelance to work remotely or on a freelance basis with the following responsibilities:

Job description
– Analyze the system architecture and propose improvements for AI pipelines, data architecture, and APIs.

– Integrate MLFlow into the platform to automate model tracking and metadata storage.

– Build user-facing dashboards displaying model runs, user feedback, and system alerts.

– Implement a feedback loop that collects user feedback and connects it back into the AI pipeline.

– Design and implement multi-tenancy architecture for customer data separation and role-based access control.

– Develop a comprehensive audit log system for AI activities and set up alert mechanisms for abnormal behaviors.

Requirements
– 3+ years of experience in fullstack development (both frontend and backend).

– Proficient in Python (FastAPI or Flask) and React.

– Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs with clean codebase organization.

– Solid understanding of MLFlow or equivalent ML/AI tracking platforms.

– Skilled in working with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and logging systems.

– Strong systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to work independently and proactively.

– Experience with multi-tenant systems, RBAC, and audit logging.

– Background in internal platforms for AI, Data Science, or SaaS is a strong plus.

– Knowledge of DevOps practices, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines is a bonus.
