Sales Manager
H&HIS’s client is a retail company in Ho Chi Minh. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of Sales Manager with the following specific information:
Job description
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets in the modern trade channel.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade partners, including department store, supermarkets, and retail chains.
– Negotiate and manage trade agreements, promotions, and in-store visibility initiatives.
– Act as the main point of contact for the third-party B2B sales.
– Coordinate and align the third-party sales efforts with the company’s goals and objectives.
– Monitor third-party performance, providing support and guidance to optimize results.
– Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
– Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
– Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns and promotions in collaboration with the marketing team.
– Lead and motivate internal and external teams to meet sales objectives.
– Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for team members.
– Identify and pursue opportunities to expand market share within the modern trade segment.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products and initiatives.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales management, preferably in the household field.
– Proven success in managing modern trade channels and third-party partnerships.
– Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
– Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies.
– Familiarity with the retail landscape in Vietnam.
– Proficiency in English 4 skills.
