LOCATION INFORMATION	1. Department: HR Department 2. Position: Recruitment Consultant (Hybrid Work)
WORKING RELATIONSHIP	1. Internal Relations – Perform work and support for CRM system software project manager – Perform work and support for consultant team. 2. External Relations – Interact with candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION	1. Manage and expand the placed contractor/staff pool; human resources management responsibilities for contractors; 2. Conduct first-level candidate search and selection activities to execute job orders. Activities include job and organization analysis, database search, media, social networking site coverage, phone/face-to-face interview, proposal write-up, offer closing, etc. 3. Strike a good balance between service quality and profitability; 4. Fully utilize various recruitment systems in compliance with workflow and quality standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS	1. Bachelor’s Degree/Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, Human Resources or related disciplines; 2. At least 2 years’ working experience, preferably in IT recruitment, headhunting, sales, application development or technical support roles; 3. Good knowledge and experience in using some of the contemporary social media e.g. Linkedin, WhatsApp, Facebook, WeChat, etc. 4. A brilliant communicator with excellent, professional negotiation, counselling and selling competencies; 5. Adaptive to the change of client needs and procedures, conform to the highest level of service quality; 6. Able to quickly capture and apply the ICT hot skills and market trends on proactive and ongoing basis.
