Designer (Hybrid Work)

• Responsible for building brand image to ensure proper communication of the message and brand spirit, to promote company recognition.
• Supporting the development of Marketing activities;

1. Main Responsibilities

• Design online communication products & offline;
• Contribute ideas to the Company’s Marketing campaigns;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Leader;

2. Detailed work

– Graphic Design (80%): Designing communication products

a. Design digital communication products in the form of photo posts and short videos; on Social Media channels, including: Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin and company website
b. Design and create ideas for offline media publications serving events such as posters, banners, standees,…

– Idea (10%): Contribute ideas

a. Research, update and apply new design standards and styles to build, renovate and improve the quality of the company’s image and brand.
b. Contribute constructive comments on the working coordination process in the Marketing department.

– Supporting (10%): Perform other tasks as assigned by the Leader

a. Support team leader in internal events and offline events that arise
b. Monthly reports

1. Priority is given to students who have graduated with a major in Design
2. Attach personal portfolio when applying.
3. Proficient in using design and editing tools: Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Capcut
4. Experience in designing online advertising publications (images, video clips,…), landing pages is preferred.
5. Good visual thinking ability and design taste.
6. High sense of responsibility, good time management, work on deadline
7. Good English, good writing skills are priority.
