2. Position: Business Development Executive (Hybrid Work)

WORKING RELATIONSHIP

1. Internal Relations
– Project Director: Direct reporting line; receives guidance on business development goals and market expansion strategies.

– Marketing Team: Collaborates on executing promotional campaigns, generating leads, and standardizing sales materials.

2. External Relations
– Potential Clients (Leads): Communicates and consults to provide tailored recruitment solutions based on client needs.

– Referral/Strategic Partners (if any): Cooperates to expand the customer base or participate in relevant business community events.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Research and build a list of potential clients in sectors such as retail, startups, and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs);
2. Consult clients on recruitment solutions/services, highlighting the outstanding benefits and value of the offering;
3. Send quotations, maintain client relationships, and follow up until the deal is successfully closed;

5. Collect client feedback to contribute to product improvement and refinement;
6. Update client information and sales progress, and provide regular reports to the supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B service sales, preferably in industries such as recruitment, technology, or SaaS platforms.
2. Proficient in telesales, online consulting, and crafting effective sales emails.
3. Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand product offerings.
5. Preference given to candidates with an existing client network or prior experience working with SMEs or startups.
