The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving sustainable B2B growth for AI Talent H&HIS by identifying market opportunities, educating clients on AI-driven talent solutions, and converting business needs into long-term partnerships.
The role aims to build a high-quality sales pipeline, successfully onboard enterprise clients, and contribute directly to revenue growth and product-market fit.

1. Identify and develop new B2B clients (SMEs, enterprises, startups)
2. Conduct discovery calls to understand hiring challenges, competency gaps, and HR needs
3. Consult and propose AI-based talent assessment & intelligence solutions
4. Manage the full sales cycle: lead → demo → pilot → conversion → retention
5. Build long-term relationships with HR Directors, CEOs, Founders
6. Educate clients on AI-driven recruitment, competency frameworks, and talent assessment
7. Ensure quarterly/annual sales target.

1. Preferably with experience from 1–3 years of experience in HR Tech, SaaS, HR Consulting, AI, or Data solution sales.
2. Preferably with experience selling to CHROs, CEOs, and senior HR leaders.
3. Strong understanding of HR domains: Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning.
4. Startup mindset: fast, adaptable, responsible, and self-driven.
5. Good command of English.

• Competitive package: base salary + performance-based commission (KPI) + project bonus.
