Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

H&HIS’s client is an organization operating in the fields of finance, M&A and trade promotion based in Ho Chi Minh. We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with the following responsibilities:

Job Description
– Lead and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process across the organization
– Develop and standardize recruitment processes, policies, and tools aligned with modern, effective practices and internal compliance requirements
– Partner with Leadership and HRBPs to define talent profiles, core competencies, and appropriate evaluation criteria
– Build and manage talent pipelines for succession planning and strategic roles
– Advise business leaders on labor market trends and talent attraction & retention strategies
– Design tailored recruitment solutions for different hiring needs: mass hiring, niche/specialized roles, technology, and management positions
– Oversee daily recruitment operations to ensure professionalism, transparency and consistency
– Propose continuous improvements based on data insights and market best practices
– Manage, coach, and develop the recruitment team’s capabilities
– Track and analyze recruitment data; prepare periodic reports for the HR Leadership team.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, managing a diverse hiring portfolio
– Strong preference for candidates with recruitment experience in banking, finance, insurance, or large-scale organizations
– At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience within banking, finance, insurance, or large enterprises
– Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively with senior management.
