Senior Recruiter

H&HIS’s client is a trading company in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Recruiter with the following responsibilities:

Job Description
– Gain a deep understanding of the company’s business model and each department to plan talent pipelines and recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and market characteristics.
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: identify hiring needs, define candidate profiles, source and screen applications, conduct interviews and assessments, propose salary levels, negotiate offers, and support onboarding.
– Collect, update, and analyze labor market data, industry trends, and talent insights to advise business units, align expectations, set priorities, and ensure recruitment effectiveness.
– Continuously improve recruitment processes, standards, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and ensure candidate quality, especially for senior or hard-to-fill positions.
– Coordinate and leverage resources across stakeholders to resolve challenges during recruitment and achieve shared goals.
– Assess current and future workforce needs, particularly in management, and build sustainable talent development, retention, and succession plans.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree
– Chinese will be a plus, English is preferred as working language.
– Priority will be given to recruitment experience in at least two types of vocational positions, including sales, marketing, functions, and technology;
– Experience in headhunting companies is preferred.
