Senior HR Manager
H&HIS’s client is a company in the manufacturing industry based in Binh Duong City. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of Senior HR Manager with the following responsibilities:
Job description
– Establish and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with Vietnamese labor laws and best practices.
– Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing expert advice and insights on HR-related matters.
– Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the group’s goals and the overall business objectives of the global leadership team.
– Lead the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
– Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent in a competitive market.
– Build strong relationships with universities, tech communities, and professional networks in Vietnam.
– Manage international recruitment and relocation processes.
– Ensure compliance with all Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.
– Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
– Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive and productive work environment.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
– Conduct market analysis to develop competitive compensation and benefits packages.
– Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with local regulations.
– Manage payroll and ensure accurate and timely payments.
– Identify skills gaps and partner with Asia HR Team to implement training programs to address them.
– Implement performance management systems and provide feedback to employees.
– Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters in Vietnam.
– Effectively communicate with employees and leadership, bridging cultural and language differences.
– Provide regular reports and updates to the leadership team.
– Implement and manage HRIS systems.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Minimum of 7+ years of HR experience, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance.
– Experience working with HRIS systems.
– Experience building an HR function from the ground up is highly desirable.
– Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
– Experience with international HR Practices is a plus.
– Extensive knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
– Fluency in English language skills (both written and verbal).
– Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
– Demonstrates a proactive commitment to driving continuous improvement, consistently identifying opportunities for growth, enhancement, and the optimization of HR processes and practices.
– Demonstrates exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment, providing clear direction, setting expectations, and supporting team members’ growth and development.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
