Sales Manager B2B

H&HIS’s client is a company in the packaging industry based in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of Sales Manager B2B with the following responsibilities:

Job description
– Responsible for building strategies, managing, and developing B2B sales activities in the plastic packaging industry to expand the market, increase revenue, and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with corporate clients.
– Develop and implement B2B sales strategies aligned with the company’s business direction.
– Manage and grow the B2B sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
– Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, especially in sectors such as food, seafood, agriculture, and agricultural supplies.
– Supervise the entire sales process, from lead generation to debt collection and inventory handling.
– Analyze the market and competitors, and propose pricing policies and suitable promotional programs.
– Provide regular sales reports to the Board of Directors and propose solutions to improve business performance.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– At least 3 years of experience in a B2B sales management role, preferably in the plastic packaging or plastic products industry.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
– Strong market analysis and business planning capabilities.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Willing to travel for business purposes when required…
