H&HIS’s client is a maintenance tools & chemicals, technical equipment and labor protection equipment company in the automotive and industrial sectors in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of Sales Manager B2B with the following responsibilities:

Job description
– Lead and oversee the sales team to achieve individual and company sales, growth, and gross profit targets.
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand customer base and maximize market share.
– Establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with major accounts.
– Developing a solid and trusting relationship between customers and business units located in Vietnam.
– Identify new business opportunities and lead acquisition efforts to secure new clients.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies.
– Anticipate changes in customer organization structures and adjust the sales approach accordingly.
– Manage and resolve customer complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
– Plan and present detailed sales reports, including goals, progress, and quarterly initiatives, to stakeholders and leadership.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of customer needs and solutions.
– Engage in up-selling and cross-selling activities to maximize profitability.
– Promote and uphold 6-S principles and ISO standards within the team.
– Other tasks assigned by the company.

Requirements
– 5 years of working experience in Sales, C-Part supply services or comparable industries
– Experience in leading and fostering teams
– Familiarity with C part products, especially Fasteners and MRO
– Familiarity with JIT Logistic and SCM solutions such as Kanban
– Ability to travel
– Strong business acumen
– Excellent communication, presentation, selling and negotiation skills
– Proficiency in MS Office software and ERP system(SAP)
– Fluency in English (oral and written)
– Strong analytical skills, detail oriented with demonstrated multi-tasking ability
– Team spirit
– Self-motivate, confident, patient, responsible, good health condition
