Sales Manager
H&HIS’s client is a food company in Ben Tre. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of Sales Manager with the following specific information:
Job descriptions
– Develop short-term/medium-term/long-term business plans and strategies.
– Develop, evaluate, and propose policies related to the Company’s business activities.
– Research domestic and foreign markets, collect customer information, product information to have appropriate business orientation.
– Manage and operate PR, Marketing, Sales, customer care activities… to ensure achieving revenue targets, expanding domestic and foreign markets.
– Develop plans to develop image, position product brands.
– Develop, train, and educate the sales team to meet the Company’s business needs.
– Perform other tasks assigned by the Company’s General Director.
Requirements
– Degree: University degree in foreign trade, business administration, marketing, etc.
– Experience: 5 years or more in the position of Director/Deputy Director/Head of Sales Department (priority given to candidates who have worked in the F&B, FMCG fields…).
– Foreign language: English proficiency in 4 skills: Listening – Speaking – Reading – Writing. Proficiency in 4 skills, knowing Chinese is an advantage.
– High sense of responsibility, able to withstand pressure, long-term commitment to the company.
– Knowledge of F&B business, FMCG, import and export, international business.
– Vision, strategic thinking, good negotiation skills.
