Marketing Manager

H&HIS’s client is a securities company in Hanoi. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of Marketing Manager with the following specific information:

Job description
– Research, build, manage and develop the Company’s brand;
– Organize research, manage and implement plans related to the Company’s product and service promotion activities;
– Develop strategies, goals, policies and implementation plans and operational efficiency of the Marketing Department;
– Conduct market surveys and research to make recommendations on trends, in order to seize opportunities and keep up with the improvements of digital technology;
– Organize, monitor, evaluate and measure ROI and KPI indicators of digital marketing communication programs;
– Establish and implement tools to measure customer satisfaction with products, services and customer care activities;
– Mainly responsible for building, reviewing, amending, updating processes, regulations, professional regulations, handbooks;
– Managing, guiding, training staff in the Department;
– Other tasks assigned by competent authorities.

Requirements
– Education level: University or higher, Major: Marketing, Multimedia, Business Administration.
– Minimum 3 years of experience, equivalent position in the field of Digital Marketing, priority given to candidates with marketing experience in the fields of banking, finance, securities, insurance.
– In-depth knowledge of Marketing, especially Digital Marketing.
– Proficiency in online marketing tools: SEM-SEO, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Affiliate, Viral article, SMS, forum, Online Ads.
