International Business Development Director

H&HIS’s client is a company in the field of manufacturing and exporting polymer ropes and cordage. in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of International Business Development Director with the following responsibilities:

Job description
– Develop and implement international market expansion strategies polymer rope products, with a focus on core markets such as the USA, Canada, Europe, and Asia.
– Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with overseas distributors, partners, and potential clients.
– Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, legal, finance) to ensure smooth export operations and compliance with international trade regulations.
– Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities and optimize market entry approaches.
– Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand global presence and promote the brand.
– To drive international business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing overseas partnerships, and enhancing global brand visibility for high-quality polymer rope products.
– Provide regular performance and market insight reports to the Board of Directors.

Requirements
– Minimum 5–7 years of experience in international business development or export sales in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
– Preference for candidates with experience in the rope, polymer, or related materials industries.
– Excellent English communication and negotiation skills; other languages are a plus.
– Strong strategic thinking and market acumen.
– Willingness to travel internationally when required.
