Business Development Manager
H&HIS’s client is a fashion company in Ha Noi City. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of Human Resources Director with the following responsibilities:
Job Description
– Lead the overall HR strategy to ensure the organization has the right capabilities, the right people, and aligned values to support rapid scaling, increased productivity, and a disciplined, high-performance culture.
– Develop a 1–3 year HR strategy aligned with the company’s business roadmap.
– Design organizational structures for different growth stages (fashion, e-commerce, logistics, retail operations, etc.).
– Forecast workforce needs by quarter and by department.
– Build Talent Acquisition strategies for key functions: Marketing, E-commerce, Design, Production, Retail Operations, and Logistics.
– Standardize job descriptions, multi-layered interview processes, and competency assessments.
– Ensure recruitment SLA compliance for critical positions (Head, Manager, and key roles).
– Build grading systems, competency frameworks, and salary structures aligned with the Retail/Fashion market.
– Develop OKRs/KPIs for the entire organization and performance-based reward mechanisms.
– Manage payroll budgets, propose annual compensation planning, and develop competitive benefits policies.
– Develop learning roadmaps for key groups (leaders, sales, operations, marketing).
– Lead internal training programs, leadership coaching, and 60–90 day onboarding programs.
– Foster a performance-driven culture with strong customer-centric and fast-execution values.
– Oversee disciplinary frameworks, labor regulations, and codes of conduct.
– Manage employment contracts and HR compliance procedures.
– Oversee HR risk management across retail stores, warehouses, production, and field operations.
Requirements
– Over 10 years of HR experience in Retail/Fashion/E-commerce, with at least 2 years at Manager/Head level.
– Proven experience implementing KPI/OKR performance systems and building compensation structures.
– Strong HR Analytics capabilities.
– Strong conflict management and communication skills.
– Highly proactive, direct, and hands-on working style.
– High discipline and strong commitment.
