Human Resource Manager
H&HIS’s client is a technology company in Hanoi. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of Human Resource Manager with the following responsibilities:
Job description
– Manage, supervise and develop departments in the Back-office (Recruitment, Administration, Event Communications, Training, IT Support), ensuring the correct implementation of the set goals and plans.
– Control and ensure the correct implementation of labor law regulations.
– Develop and implement human resource strategies in line with the company’s development goals.
– Manage and develop salary, bonus, welfare and human resource policy systems.
– Advise the Board of Directors on issues related to human resource management.
– Propose and implement activities to build a sustainable corporate culture.
– Implement employee engagement programs, promote working spirit.
– Measure and evaluate employee satisfaction through periodic surveys, propose solutions to improve corporate culture.
– Plan and identify annual training needs
– Coordinate with departments and third parties to implement training programs on professional skills, soft skills, and management skills for employees at all levels.
– Participate in the personnel review process: agree on the development roadmap and make reasonable proposals for salary increases, rewards, training programs, etc.
– Build and develop the company’s recruitment brand
– Coordinate the organization of recruitment brand communication events: career fair, talk show, company tour, etc.
– Report and measure the effectiveness of recruitment branding activities
– Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
Requirements
– University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, etc. or related fields.
– Minimum 6 years of experience in the field of human resources, of which at least 2 years in a management position.
– Experience in the technology field is an advantage
– Extensive knowledge of labor law, corporate culture and training and development
– Skills in strategic planning and human resource management.
– Ability and experience in implementing activities to build corporate culture, promote employee engagement
– Ability to plan, grasp needs and implement comprehensive training and human resource development programs.
– Understanding and experience in building and developing an employer brand.
– Effective leadership and team management skills, motivating and engaging employees
– Ability to work under high pressure and multitask well.
