H&HIS’s client is a fashion company in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of HR Manager with the following specific information:
Job description
– Responsible for all Human Resources work of the Company.
– Planning human resources strategies, short, medium and long-term human resource goals.
– Advising the Board of Directors on developing Human Resources Policies and organizing implementation, guiding functional departments on policies related to Human Resources.
– Advising and forecasting labor demand for the entire system based on analysis of the internal and external labor market of the Company.
– Building and developing a human resource management system such as the Company’s recruitment, training and human resource development policies.
– Responsible for human resource recruitment including: developing human resource recruitment policies; working with departments to receive recruitment proposals and implement recruitment plans. Interview, evaluate and negotiate with candidates, build a source of candidates ready to meet the Company’s recruitment plans.
– Develop a compensation policy and control the implementation of salary and bonus payments, salary increases and other salary and welfare policies for employees according to the Company’s regulations and labor laws.
– Develop corporate culture: organize and implement internal communication activities to maintain and develop culture according to the Company’s orientation.
– Continuously improve the Company’s Human Resources policy system
– Perform other tasks assigned by the Leader.
Job requirements
– University degree or higher
– Minimum 5 years of experience working in a similar position at large-scale companies/economic groups with 100 employees or more.
– Master the Labor Code, Personal Income Tax Law, Health Insurance Law, Social Insurance Law
– Good skills in planning and setting work goals for departments and individuals.
– Good skills in control, reporting, problem solving, conflict resolution.
