H&HIS’s client is a garment company in Tay Ninh. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of HRM with the following responsibilities:

Job description
– Research and plan human resources. Advise the General Director on human resources work in line with the development of the Company.
– Forecast demand, develop human resource plans and strategies according to the company’s operating criteria, establish human resource systems for branches or new affiliated companies.
– Develop long-term and short-term human resource development strategies and plans.
– Evaluate human resource potential and propose policies to use that potential for purposes, monitor and report on this potential change.
– Draft and propose policies on human resource management, establish job identification tables, standards of performance; control the implementation of human resource regulations at units.
– Establish plans, establish programs and conduct training for employees at all levels in accordance with the Company’s development needs and the employees’ abilities.
– Monitor the results of trainees in training classes; especially training for newly recruited employees for positions that need to be supplemented or replaced
– Take full responsibility for all work related to salary, advise the Board of Directors on the company’s income policy to ensure fairness and reasonableness.
– Take responsibility for supervising the implementation of allowances and welfare regimes for employees accurately and on time.
– Ensure the implementation of income and allowance work in accordance with State policies, the Labor Law and legal documents.
– Perform intangible services necessary for the Company’s operations, complete all paperwork to ensure the Company’s operations are regular, continuous and legal.
– Organize and implement sightseeing, travel, and vacations.
– Ensure the implementation of income and allowances in accordance with State policies, Labor Law and legal documents.
– Perform other tasks related to or arising from the above tasks when requested.
– Responsible for reporting to the General Director on assigned functions and tasks.
– Organize and direct the implementation of other tasks as required by the General Director.

Requirements
– Educational level: University degree or higher
– Major: Economics, Labor, Economics, Administration, Business Administration
– Qualities: Mature, confident, able to work independently at high intensity.
– Know how to plan and build industrial projects.
– Know how to organize and arrange work reasonably and scientifically.
– Have knowledge of ISO 9001.
– Have 5 years of experience in related fields, priority given to candidates with experience in training and Human Resources (professional).
