H&HIS’s client is a company in the finance industry based in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of HR Director with the following responsibilities:

Job description
– Act as a strategic partner to the Chairman and Executive Board in designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization’s long-term business development goals.
– Analyze organizational trends and labor market dynamics to advise on appropriate HR policies during periods of expansion, restructuring, or digital transformation.
– Participate directly in M&A activities, market expansion, or the development of new business units, providing strategic people-related consultation.
– Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
– Foster a people-centric corporate culture that promotes performance, innovation, and alignment with the company’s core values.
– Lead the modernization and digital transformation of HR management, including implementation of HR systems and data-driven decision-making.
– Build and develop a high-performing, professional HR team across the organization.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA, HRM) or international certifications such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD, PHRi are highly preferred.
– At least 10 years of experience in human resources management, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
– Prior experience in building and leading HR structures in large-scale organizations or in multicultural, fast-changing environments (preferably multinational companies) is highly valued.
– Strong knowledge of modern HR trends, particularly in the fields of technology and finance.
– Excellent command of English (spoken and written), with the ability to operate effectively in a multilingual environment.
