HR Admin Manager (Chinese)
H&HIS’s client is a e-commerce company in Asean. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of HR Admin Manager (Chinese) with the following responsibilities:
Job descriptions
– Plan, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
– Manage human resources (Recruitment, compensations & benefits, HR operation, HR system, internal discipline, labor management)
– Supervise, manage and implement all activities of the HR & GA
– Report, support and suggest to BOD to manage and handle issues related to HR & GA issues.
– Manage the company’s legal matters including contract signing and management, contact with related companies and law firms.
– Public relations activities such as dealing with government, building relationships with companies in the neighborhood, taking care of neighbors, and serving as a point of contact for problems.
– Update & Improve rules/regulations and procedures related to the Admin Department.
– Build up Labor Regulations and Collective Labor Agreements (coordinate with company Trade Unions).
– Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
– Organise employee engagement activities and events…
Requirements
– Minimum 3 years of experience as a the same position
– Understand Thai labor laws
– Good command of Thai and Chinese
– Experience in team management
– Experience working in a startup is an advantage
– Results-oriented and problem-solving…
