Head of Recruitment

H&HIS’s client is an Transportation company based in Ho Chi Minh. We are currently seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Head of Recruitment with the following responsibilities:

Job Description
– Receive and analyze recruitment needs from operations departments
– Manage and execute recruitment activities: take full responsibility for end-to-end recruitment for the logistics system (hubs, warehouses, routes, and office functions)
– Organize and deliver high-volume mass hiring within tight timelines
– Coordinate on-site recruitment at hubs and warehouses, including local hiring initiatives
– Manage and optimize recruitment communication channels
– Act as the key point of contact with outsourced manpower providers (loaders, warehouse workers, seasonal staff, night-shift labor)
– Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of outsourced workforce providers
– Manage, assign tasks, and supervise recruitment team members
– Coach and train recruiters in mass hiring and on-site recruitment techniques
– Track and manage recruitment KPIs for each team member…

Requirements
– Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment
– Mandatory experience in logistics, express delivery, warehousing, or operations environments
– Proven experience in mass hiring of blue-collar/frontline workers
– Hands-on experience working with outsourced labor providers
– Strong capability in recruitment planning and KPI tracking
– Working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese for business communication.
