HR Manager
H&HIS’s client is a textile company in Đà Nẵng. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of HR Manager with the following responsibilities:
Job descriptions
– Overseeing all aspects of human resources functions, including attendance, salary, social insurance, personnel, benefits, union, training…;
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
– Administer compensation structure and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and employee benefits, ensuring competitive compensation and benefits packages;
– Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues;
– Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure fair and consistent employee performance evaluation;
– Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs.
Requirements
– Proven experience in HR management roles, with a deep understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws; 5 years of relevant work experience in an HR role;
– Experienced in manufacturing companies in the garment industry, preferably working in Quang Nam & Danang industrial zone;
– Good command of English;
– Strong leadership and organizational skills;
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
