Deputy Sales Director

H&HIS’s client is an advertising company in Hanoi. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of Deputy Sales Director with the following specific information:

Job description
– Responsible for managing the department’s customer development;
– Planning and implementing the business plan;
– Leading the Department (including 3 sales groups with 21 sales staff) to achieve the company’s sales target;
– Supporting the department’s sales staff to discuss and work with potential customers, work with related departments on the customer’s side to develop communication plans for customers;
– Ability to manage teams and train staff in the department;
– Reporting directly to the Sales Director and COO.

Job requirements
– University degree or higher. Male/female, aged 32-37, with at least 5 years of experience managing a sales team (minimum 10 people);
– Have career ambitions and leadership skills;
– Have the ability to analyze the market, good promotion and marketing skills;
– Good communication and work coordination skills, able to analyze and solve problems;
– Have enthusiasm for work, hard-working, able to withstand high pressure. Priority is given to candidates with available advertising customers.
