Chief Accountant – Chinese

H&HIS’s client is an Transportation company based in Ho Chi Minh. We are currently seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Chief Accountant – Chinese with the following responsibilities:

Job Description
– Manage and oversee all accounting and financial operations of the company
– Control and supervise franchise accounting (CSP) and subsidiary units
– Reconcile revenue, cost, and receivable/payable data; investigate and resolve discrepancies
– Prepare and control internal financial statements and management reports for the Board of Directors
– Analyze fluctuations in revenue, costs, and profitability; proactively identify and flag potential financial risks
– Assign tasks, supervise performance, and train the accounting team
– Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and relevant business partners,…

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance
– Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a Chief Accountant / Accounting Manager role
– Strong understanding of accounting, reconciliation, revenue, and cost control models in logistics, express delivery, or e-commerce
– Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP/TMS/WMS systems is a strong advantage
– Strong analytical skills, risk management capability, and solid systems thinking
– Mandarin Chinese proficiency is preferred; English proficiency is an additional advantage.
