AI Prompt Engineer (Remote – Freelance)

H&HIS’s client is a company in the technology company based in Ho Chi Minh City. They are currently seeking a AI Prompt Engineer (Remote – Freelance) to work remotely or on a freelance basis with the following responsibilities:

Job description
– Write and optimize AI prompts (system instructions, few-shot examples, output formatting, etc.)
– Design input questions to enable the AI model to analyze and assess user competencies
– Analyze user responses, generate automated feedback, and describe behavioral traits
– Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to build evaluation logic for different roles
– Test, refine, and A/B compare prompt effectiveness to continuously improve performance
– Integrate prompts with OpenAI API or equivalent tools (basic backend knowledge required)

Requirements
– Experience writing prompts for ChatGPT, Claude, or other large language models (LLMs)
– Solid understanding of system prompts, few-shot learning, and input/output formatting
– Basic backend knowledge (e.g. integrating OpenAI API, handling simple scoring logic)
– Strong English skills (reading comprehension and logical writing)
– Product-thinking mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
– Familiarity with competency frameworks, HR, or behavioral psychology
– Prior experience with AI/NLP projects in recruitment or education
– Ability to write bilingual prompts (Vietnamese – English).
