Human Resources Manager
Our client is a subsidiary company in the Real Estate industry based in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of Human Resources Manager with the following responsibilities:
Job Description
– Develop, monitor, and control policies related to compensation, benefits, insurance, and employee welfare in compliance with legal regulations. Ensure competitiveness, transparency, and fairness in HR policies.
– Manage HR cost control and prepare the annual HR budget
– Oversee and implement an effective recruitment process to meet the company’s manpower needs.
– Design, standardize, and continuously improve HR processes (recruitment, training, performance evaluation, compensation & benefits, and employee relations).
– Implement and maintain the KPI system and quarterly/annual performance evaluations, ensuring fairness and alignment with business objectives.
– Have a solid understanding of and ensure compliance with Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, Trade Union Law, and other relevant regulations.
– Manage and resolve labor relations issues, handle disputes, and maintain a harmonious and disciplined working environment.
– Organize internal training programs (skills, management, languages) to enhance workforce capability.
– Oversee HR administration and internal events.
– Supervise HR administrative procedures including employee records, labor contracts, insurance registration, uniform distribution and annual health checks.

Requirements
– Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 5 years in a managerial or head-of-department role.
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
– Proven experience in building and implementing HR systems, policies, training & development programs, and labor relations.
– Strong understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law and related legal frameworks.
– In-depth knowledge of HR strategy development, workforce planning and change management
– Proficient in HRM tools and MS Office; familiarity with modern HR management software is an advantage.
