Head of International Business – Kitchen Cabinet Division
H&HIS’s client is a manufacturing company in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of Head of International Business – Kitchen Cabinet Division with the following responsibilities:
Job Description
– Develop and execute market-entry strategies for the U.S., EU, and other key export markets.
– Represent the brand at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B events to expand the global customer network.
– Negotiate and secure large contracts to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
– Coordinate closely with the production team to guarantee on-time delivery, cost optimization, and compliance with export standards.
– Collaborate with R&D and Design teams to ensure products meet global market trends and international customer requirements.
– Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to drive continuous improvement.
– Take full P&L responsibility for the kitchen cabinet product line: prepare budgets, forecast sales, and optimize profit margins.
– Analyze sales and market data to adjust strategies in a timely manner.
– Build and manage a dedicated team covering international sales, marketing, production support, and supply chain operations.
Requirements
– Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales or business development in the wood furniture industry, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in the U.S. and EU markets.
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
– Established network of international distributors and customers in the furniture or kitchen cabinet sector.
– Solid understanding of international certifications (FSC, CARB, ISO 9001, BSCI) and export logistics.
– Knowledge of wood furniture or kitchen cabinet manufacturing processes is a plus.
