Business Development Manager
H&HIS’s client is a company in the logistic industry based in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of Business Development Manager with the following responsibilities:
Job description
– Develop and execute sales strategies for logistics services (domestic trucking, FTL, sea and air freight).
– Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with logistics clients.
– Collaborate closely with operations and relevant teams to deliver optimal logistics solutions.
– Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
– Lead, train, and manage the sales team to meet business targets.
– Support team members in key negotiations and customer meetings.
– Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related fields.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as Sales Manager/Director in logistics/freight forwarding.
– Strong network and existing customer base in the logistics industry.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
