R&D Director
H&HIS’s client is an electrical equipment company in Hanoi. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of R&D Director with the following specific information:
Job description
– Plan research and development of products and services according to the company’s requirements, orientation and strategy, research competitors’ products, forecast future demand for goods.
– Search and create new ideas to serve the purpose of diversifying products, designs, quality and matching market prices.
– Update new technology to apply advanced science and technology to product design research and product quality improvement of the enterprise
– Research, manufacture and test new products and services according to the company’s goals.
– Complete and upgrade technological processes, optimize production and business conditions of the enterprise.
– Monitor, supervise and coordinate with the Marketing department to launch products suitable for the market. At the same time, coordinate with the Production Department to place orders and produce products.
– Manage and provide timely solutions for R&D projects on new products and improved products.
– Contact and coordinate with suppliers of components or processing molds, machinery, etc.
– Review and update output standards on quality, product norms, production processes, etc. for the company’s products and services.
– Monitor, analyze, and synthesize reports on activities related to R&D including Human Resources Management, training organization, monitoring the work process of the Department, etc.
– Report on the Department’s performance according to the progress of the Day, Month, Year or as required by the Board of Directors.
Job requirements
– Ability to listen, speak, read, and write English or Chinese (Chinese is preferred)
– At least 03 years of experience as a product research and development staff or QA, QMS position
– Priority is given to candidates who have experience working in foreign enterprises or Startups, manufacturing enterprises
– Priority is given to candidates with electrical engineering expertise and good information technology updates.
– Have good team leadership skills, good teamwork spirit. Quick to handle assigned tasks.
– Ability to work independently, withstand work pressure well.
– Dynamic, creative and good management skills.
– Priority is given to candidates with knowledge of legal regulations related to launching new products to the market
– Qualification: College degree or higher in any major, business experience is an advantage.
– Attitude: Honest, hard-working, eager to learn.
